Extraction of hematom right forehead - Patient orginially fell several days ago. Site anesthetized. A curvilinear incision is made overlying the hematoma at the upper half of this lesion. A very large firm clot is extracted. A Penrose drain is placed and the integument is reapproximated with sutures. The approximate size of the lestion is 6 x 10 cm. How would you code this?? CPT - 20000, or 10140. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

according to CPT, under MS section, Head subchapter, says to use
20000 but according to the size of this one, I'd go 20005.
