Need help with CPT(s).

Not sure if the drainage of cyst would be included in procedure for cauterization of endometrosis or should be coded separately.

op note reads: Through the 5mm Surgiport a drainage of follicular cyst of the left ovary and cauterization of endometrail implants were done.

Thanks for any help.
 
Hi,
This can be coded with a 58662 for the endometrial ablation and a 49322 -51 for the cyst drainage.
