Does anyone know what diagnosis could be used for high stress?

Any idea what the stress is in reaction to? Or maybe if the patient is being seen for symptoms related to a stress reaction? 308.x may fit or maybe V6x.x, particularly V62.x.

Hope that is at least a starting point in the right direction.
