What code would be used for a neuroectodermal tumor, supratentorial, of the left frontal lobe? I am a little confused because a neuroectodermal tumor is a tumor of the central nervous system, however, the tumor is located on the frontal lobe of the brain. Im not sure if this classification falls under the 191 codes (neoplasm of the brain) or 192 (neoplasm of other and unspecified parts of the nervous system). Any suggestions are appreciated!

Supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumors are fast-growing tumors that form in brain cells in the cerebrum.

You can see under neoplasm of brain.
