hello,

I have never dealt with DME codes and need your help.

I work for PCP's, we purchase reusable peak flow meters.

I would like to know if the peak flow device (A4614) is bundled into the E&M- OR, can we bill for it (A4614) separately.

I know there is a HCPCS for the professional service (S8110) which we do not bill as it is part of the E&M.

I understand the definition of DME's BUT not understanding the criteria to bill for them for my specialty/scenario. I have done research and it's not answering my question.

Any input would be much appreciated.

Thank you
