I don't know what code to assign for this neck lymph node biopsy. The closest I get is C77 but that is metastatic?

Diagnosis
A: Neck, right, fine needle aspiration
Satisfactory for evaluation
Malignant cells present
Moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma
Comment: Direct smear preparations and cell block show a population of cytologically malignant squamous
epithelial cells amid necrotic material and inflammatory cells. Immunoperoxidase study with antibodies to
p16 shows weak, granular cytoplasmic reactivity, which is interpreted as negative and is likely artifactual in
nature.

If primary CA of lymph node C96.9 for malignant neoplasm of lymphoid, hematopoietic and related tissue, unspecified
C96.7 for other malignant neoplasm of lymphoid, hematopoietic and related tissue
