Wiki Need help with Incision of Abdom wound

Left Periumbilical site.. I did a field block with 1% Lidocaine. I then incised the open area obliquely out laterally to open the cavity. She had a little pocket fairly deep. I digitalized it, but everything felt smooth. I did not feel any obvious mesh, It seems to be clean with granulation tissue. Can anyone help me with a cpt code for this ?

There is no mention of any drainage, but the closest procedure codes are like 10060, 10120 or 10140. Otherwise it might just be an E/M encounter.
