Hello need help with incisional and ventral hernia

procedure performed
1. attempted laparoscopic converted to open reduction of the incarcerated recurrent ventral hernia with partial mesh explantation.
2. open repair of the hernia using 20x25 oval ventrio mesh in inlay fashion.
