In a ER the patient give
Hydromorphone IV AT 12:21, 13,10
Bactrim IV AT 12:45
Toradol IM AT 12:15
Morphine IV AT 13:30
Insulin SQ AT 12:30
Reglan IV AT 12:20; 13:00 and 13:10 for nausea

My answer is
96365 for 50 minutes Reglan and 96376 for 13:10 if it did not give us the stop time, it will consider IVP.
Hydromorphone is 96367 it give us the stop time.

bactrim is 96374.
Morphine is 96375.
Toradol is 96372, 59

is this correct or should I code it
for REGLAN 96374, 96376
MORPHINE 96375
HYDROMORPHONE 96375

please, help me with this.
