This year, J9035 is being billed with 1 unit at 10mg's per unit. I order my syringes pre filled at 1.25 mg's. and that is what I give. My question is, when I bill to Medicare do I let them know I am giving only 1.25 mg's or do I bill saying I am giving the whole 10 mg's?Basically, I know I have to bill the 10 mg's but in my billing system, I have to let them know the quantity of what is given. I just want to make sure we get paid correctly.
