can we use XU modifier in place of 59 modifier for LHC with PCI.

yes, I use the XU with the LHC and intervention i.e. 93458-26-XU and 92928-LD.

I use the XS for interventions in different coronary families i.e. 92928-LD and 92928-LC-XS.
