Could someone help me with wound debridements. I am a little confused on cpt code 97597 if I am understanding this correct if you are only doing debridement on the epidermis and or dermis you use this code.
Then if they go to the subcutaneous tissue you would use the 11042-11045. :confused:

Is this correct this is not my specialty I specialize in Cardiology! :eek:
