Can i code at the same time of visit in patient with CKD III as complication of the Diabetes Mellitus and the Doctor select in Health Risk Assesment Form Nepropathy, NOS , DM with Renal Manifestation and CKD III) 250.40/585.3/583.81 ??????

If I am reading this correctly the correct coding for DM with Renal manifestations (CKDIII) is 250.40 & 585.3.
583.81 would appear to be redundant.
In the Health risk assesment form 583.81 should be marked as NO.

Thanks for your help. I only was verified if i put the correct code because my supervisor toll me that i was wrong when i code only 250.40/585.3.
