I need help coding the following procedure:
Right atrium was opened over the mass, which was then inspected. It became clear that there was no cardiac source of the mass. The majority of the mass was removed down to the cavoatrial junction to allow better visualization of this area. The inferior vena cava was then widely mobilized for several centimeters to allow tumor endarterectomy of the left hepatic, superior vein where the mass appeared to be present. The was performed and all evident tumor tissue was removed under direct vision.
I have tried various endarterectomy codes, but none are specific for the hepatic vein. If anyone can help me on this I would so greatly appreciate it.
