Hi All,

Can anybodey suggest me an ICD for fetus gross only in pathology coding.

physician is doing gross examination of 400 grams fetus .


History: 24 yr old P0030 at 20 weeks with inevitable abortion, underwent SVD

preoperative diagnosis: inevitable abortion at 20 weeks.

Hello,
Try ICD-632-Early fetal death before completion of 22 weeks' gestation with retention of dead fetus, due to a missed abortion.
