I'm confused as to the codes to use for:

1. Distal abdominal aortogram with bilateral iliac artery angiography
2. Selective right common iliac artery angiography
3. Angioplasty of the right common iliac artery using a 9.0/20mm balloon with suboptimal angioplasty results
4. Stenting of the right common iliac artery with a 9.0/29mm Omnilink stent.

37221, 75716 and 75630?

I would code this 37221 and 75630-59. Renals are not described for 75625.
