Patient presented to the ASC status post bilateral breast augmentation with a hematoma. Postop dx - left breast non-expanding venous hematoma. The physician incised the hematoma and there was clotted blood. After completely draining the hematoma, he removed the implant and irrigated the pocket completely with diluted antibiotics. No evidence of capsular contracture. The implant was then replaced and closed.

Both 10140 and 19020 seem inadequate.

Please help. :confused:
