I have a op note that reads wrist incision overlying the extensor compartments. The retinaculum was identified and freed up for the first, second and third extensor compartments. There was a separate slip for the extensor pollicis brevis tendon that was also released. Not sure what codes to use for this one. 25000 x3 or what????

Compartment 1 - abductor pollicis longus
extensor pollicis brevis

Compartment 2- Extensor carpi radialis brevis and longus

Compartment 3- Extensor pollicis longus

Yes I would bill 25000X3 :-)
