It is an endalate compression - no fx. I know that the guidlines leeds to OP ot a Pathologic fx. but both are not documented in the report.

is a "cord compression" is it the same as endplate compression?? it looks like a vertebrae had to be displaced or fractured to couse a cord compression but this is not my case.
