I REALLY need some help with chemotherapy infusions. If anyone is interested in answering a few questions, your replies would be most appreciated.

Patient receives anti emetics 2 hours before chemo drugs, then infused for one hour of antineoplastic drug.
Here is what I would bill:

96413
drug x
96366
drug Y
96367
drug Z

Now my question, do I need to report the 96366 if I have the 96367m which indicates sequential infusion
