So...I am trying to help a doctor out by looking into this for her...She is wanting to bill out these three codes 99204,99402,97112-GP-59 The last code is for a yoga instructor that she has hired to teach patient's and I had her make sure to put Modifier GP because this person is not a doctor and GP is for physical therapy...I guess what I am asking is ...Can this visit be billed this way? And does anyone know if a practice can bill for a Yoga instructor will the physician is on site?
