Ped practice, had a parent insisting on urinalysis drug test for their child. Serious drugs like heroin, meth, LSD. Hoping to find a V drug screening code so that parent insurance will cover. V70.4 presents a challenge in that it references blood tests, and this was urinalysis. V71.89 is vague.
We eventually liked v69.8 Encounters for administrative purposes, Other problems related to lifestyle, self damaging behavior. Thoughts? Suggestions?
