Hopefully someone has an idea and can help me. I'm coding general surgery and have come across a patient who had their seton sutures tightened, two weeks apart. They first had them placed on 2/5, came in for tightening on 2/14 and 2/28. First CPT used was 46020, which from what I find the global period is the day of surgery. I'm looking for suggestions on what CPT code I should be using for tightening of seton sutures. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
