I could really use some help on this one I bill occupational medicine wc Indiana injured worker has a nail embedded into skin dorsally just between 1st & 2nd metacarpals did a wrist xray confirms that the nail is embedded to capitate bone employee is referred out to ortho for removal~my questions are dx code would this be a complicated open wound to the hand or wrist I assume the hand
