A patient went into SVT and I billed professional component 93010 w/I47.1. Patient soon after had Adenosine and converted back to Sinus. Would anyone know how to apply ICD 10 codes to this EKG done 1/2 hour later after Adenosine given as they are now back into sinus rhythm?

Does your provider have capability of doing EKG in office? or is patient being referred, and your provider only provides reading? Is the patient being seen for a stress test? I only ask because small doses of adenosine would be given to a patient when a stress test is being performed not an ekg reading (93010)
