The wording on a few of the breast codes are throwing us off a little. What would the best code for needle localization lumpectomy be?

If the Operative note documents additional margins are taken after removal of the lump, I use 19301.
If not, I use 19125.
If you are also responsible for coding the Needle Placement, use 19290.
