How would you code for CTS needle localization lung? There is a code for Breast but we are doing the lung. Thanks

Are you wanting to know what to code for the lung location plus the guidance? If they are doing a needle biopsy, then use 32405 with 77012.

we are inserting a J-wire localization under CT. we didn't do a biopsy. this was done for preoperative to wedge resection.
