Any suggestions on the CPT code for this??

FLUOROSCOPIC-GUIDED NEEDLE PLACEMENT

INDICATION: Right chest wall port needle placement.

PROCEDURE: Fluoroscopic guided needle placement..

FINDINGS: Patient has a difficult IP port access. The chest port device is on the right chest. The area was prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion. Under fluoroscopic guidance, the appropriate needle was introduced into the diaphragm of the pump.

IMPRESSION: Fluoroscopic-guided needle placement, as described.
