When billing 97605 would that include debridement of necrotic tissue from a diabetic nonhealing ulcer of the great toe, debridement was done with forceps/blade. I understand that 11040-11044 cannot be billed with 97605. Can 97597/98 be billed w/97605 for the debridement.
