Can anyone get me the code for exchange of nephrostomy tube with a ureteral stent.Is it 50387 or 50393?

you're changing the neph. tube to a ureteral stent correct? if that's the case you would use 50393 for a new NUS tube placement. 50387 is changing one NUS to a new NUS.
