I work for an Intraoperative Neuromonitoring company. United Healthcare is denying 95886 when billed with 95907-95913 stating there is a more appropriate CPT when this is done during/for pedicle screw placement. Can anyone give me some guidance on this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
