Hi,
Just want to double check how this should be billed. EMG provided Bilat upper extremities.

On the left side tested:
Muscle nerve
deltoid Axillary
Biceps musculocut
Triceps Radial
Opp Pollicis median at C8-T1 (you would only count one for the median nerve here...Right?)
Pronator teres median at C6-C7
1st dorint ulnar
upper, lower and middle cervical paraspinals Rami Nerve (included...Right?)

On the Right side tested:
Muscle nerve
