hello, we're having trouble with uhc and medicare paying for the ncs. i think they're counting the nerves different than we are. just wondering if anyone has any documentation about counting multiple segments of the nerve separately??

for the ulnar nerve example below, i think cms and uhc only count the ulnar nerve (all segments as one), but the aapmr (where i got the screenshot) count all the segments listed under H as separate nerves.
