Patient has a gunshot wound w/damage to the femoral nerve. Sural nerve was harvested from both lower extremities, a cable was formed with eight strands at 9cm length. Ends were secured with fibrin glue, placed into the wound.....secured... I am looking at 64898 only for this procedure. Is this correct?
