My physician has done a intercostal nerve transection, entered through the posterior aspect of the previous thoractomy. He wants to bill 64784, but I don't believe this code really works. The reason for this procedure is post- thoracotmy pain. This is basically the op report.
Any help would be much appreciated!!!!!:confused:
