We are looking at page 463 in the 2026 CPT code book and we cannot find the guidelines that are reference in code CPT 61635, 61642, etc. as examples the book references the Nervous System Endovascular Therapy Guidelines but we cannot locate these anywhere. Can you please help. Thanks!
