One of my physicians did a 6 level laminectomy to remove an intradural, extramedullary tumor at all levels? How would I code this?

You can only code 63280-63282 once per level; instead of segment or interspace. So it appears, in your case, that you could code one code from each level (3 separate incisions?) since you removed a neoplasm from the cervical, lumbar and thoracic. If the neoplasm "crossed levels", I would only report the level most affected by the neoplasm.
