I code for a children's hospital that has a PICU. Our physicians are critical care intensivists. Now, we have 2 critical care intensivists who have furthered their education and are certified neuro-intensivists that share the taxonomy code with the critical care intensivists. Does any one out ther have neuro-intensivists and if so, how are they set up to bill?
