How do you code a neuroendocrine tumor (not benign) that is well differentiated? The code descriptor for 209.30 is poorly differentiated.
I need a good reference on coding these tumors.

I would love to see some more material on coding for neuroendocrine malignancy as well. I am much less confident in coding these diagnoses.
