Since there is no Neurology Forum I am posting the query here....

If baseline exam is performed preoperatively, followed by intraoperative neurophysiology tseting, and then postoperative baseline exam can we also bill the postoperative baseline exam. The CPT 2009 manual pg 429 says baseline exam is used only once per operative session.
