We ran a neuropathy treatment clinic and one of the procedures they did is causing some confusion.
"The patient was taken to the neuropathic stimulation, where the stimulation electrodes were placed bilaterally at the lateral and peroneal nerve exit site, and the plantar and dorsal aspect of the feet. Program #1 was then utilized for a 20-minute stimulation protocol, with an initial 20,000-Hertz stimulation being reduced and stabilized at 100 Hertz, with a maximum intensity stabilizing at an amplitude of 40. This program was then maintained, with good stimulation acknowledged by the patient, and with visible venous and arteriolar dilation and blood flow to both distal lower extremities."

Would you code this as 97014? 97032? Something else? Any help would be appreciated!!!
