Wiki Neuropsych review of test results

The neuropsych code 96118 does not appear to include the psychologist reviewing the results with the patient. What would you suggest for coding that visit which can typically last 1to 1-1/2 hrs and may also have family members present? Would you use psychotherapy coding or E&M ?

We use 90804, 90806, or 90846 - determined by whether the child is present and the documented time. We do require our providers document separately their time spent on test administration, on test interp/report writing, and in reviewing results/recommendations with family.
