Are the services of a neuropsychology fellow billable? If so, how?

OR
Are the services of :confused:a neuropsych fellow not billable because they are paid by Part A Medicare (GME/Medicare)?

OR
Can the supervising psychologist bill with required documentation? What documentation is required? (This ? is really a rewording of Q1)

I hope somebody with experience in academic medicine will find time to answer this.

When our fellows see patients, we bill for the encounter as long as the Attending Psychologist has completed an attestation and has met the other requirements under our teaching facility requirements.
