My physician implanted a cervical neurostimulator and generator via a lami, and then placed a 2nd neurostimulator and generator via a lami in the thoracic spine .
I billed 63655, 63685-51, 63655-59, 63685-51-59. My physician wants to bill with 63655 x2 & 63685 x2. What is the correct way to bill this?
