Hi Neuro gurus..back again problem 2 cosurgeons ..one assistant.. the add on codes for the hardware 22853 etc
we did not bill the assist on the prime cpt codes the fusion 22558 as there were two cosurgeons. the insurance is kicking the add on codes
22853 82 for add on code no primary procedure..should this be an unlisted code for the hardware. thoughts?
