I have a provider that is listing "neurotransmitter depletion" in his assessments. He is treating it with Effexor XR and Xanax. I know that this has to do with a Neurotransmitter depletion balance between serotonin and dopamine. I do not have the ability to ask the provider for any more specific information.

How should I code neurotransmitter depletion???
