I work in the HemOnc specialty and dealing with constant questions regarding the new modifers for 08, such as the Q0 and Q1 modifiers for clinical trials, and the E-modifiers for ESA and Hematocrit. Does anyone have any info on these modifiers, their use for 08, payer specific info, etc. Thanks.
