BCBS is implementing a policy in my state (MO) that limits the time for anesthesia for surgical procedures using the CMS work time to calculate. We do not bill anesthesia but obviously my docs perform the procedure. They are worried about this not being covered if they take too long on a surgery. How do I convert the work time RVU to minutes to see what is the maximum amount of minutes they can take on a procedure for the anesthesia to be covered??

I think they withdrew that policy last week, but this is with Anthem. Check to see if they updated your state.
