Could someone please tell me the code for LHC with no LV injection but LV pressures were taken. I am looking at cpt code 93458 : Thanks Lisa
 
The codes will be in the cpt book 2011,the discontinued ones verses the new ones.i have called Medicare but no help.:confused:
