:confused: how does new coder get a chance for job openings when all the jobs says 2 to 4 years of coding experience
 
When I was a new coder, I applied for everything (even the ones that wanted 2-4 or more years of experience.) It took some persistence, but I finally got a job coding. I have been there ever since.
